The holder of an expired passport must wait before undertaking further steps as his/her situation must be assessed to find out if he/she is entitled to apply for a Nationality Certificate.
All other applicants may in the meantime proceed to the payments of the relevant fee.

d) Proof of payment:

For payments of the fees, please follow this link.

As soon as the relevant payments are done, please e-mail us a copy of the confirmation.

Once the National Registrar is updated and the payments are confirmed, we will invite you to present yourself at the Embassy in order to take your finger prints.

The Consular section is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3.30 pm without interruption.

Remarks concerning minors:

For minors, the same procedure is to be followed, while it will be verified that both parents and children are residing at the same address.
Parents will submit copy of their own passports and US/Canada/Mexico driver's license, altogether with a proof of legal residence in one of these countries. A written declaration stating that parents and children are residing at the same address will be made in front of the consular officer the day of the appointment.
