The last edition of the World Talent Ranking (WTR), prepared by the Institute for Management Development’s World Competitiveness Center (IMD) was published this November. IMD analyzed how 63 countries across the world develop, attract and retain their talent pool, based on a three-pronged approach, including:
- The resources allocated to a homegrown workforce
- The extent to which the economy attracts foreign and retains local talent
- The quality of the available skills and competencies
Luxembourg was awarded the 3rd position.
It is a priority for the Grand Duchy to maintain a seasoned workforce, enabling local businesses to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment characterized by new technologies, robotic and artificial intelligence. This ranking is a reflection of our commitment to all businesses established within our borders.
