Luxembourg for Finance is organizing an online event on investment structuring on September 16, 2021 at 10:30-12:00 CEST.
Structuring investments is a complex task, one that requires a financial ecosystem with both flexible and well understood structures; be they limited partnerships, corporate or other fund structures. Beyond this, key factors such as the regulatory landscape, tax requirements, fundraising steps, and expertise present in the ecosystem are critically important. As the world’s leading cross-border investment hub, Luxembourg brings together just such an ecosystem.
During the event, Pierre Gramegna, Luxembourg's Minister of Finance, will be interviewed about the new global tax agreement currently under discussion and Luxembourg's position in this new environment.
Following this, the first panel of the day will discuss the various legal issues at the heart of international investment structuring. A second panel will delve into the topic of tax advice, asking the question: is it sunset or new dawn for tax advice?
